The trial court rendered summary judgment for the holder of the preferential right, declaring that the agreement did apply to the execution of an oil and gas lease, and ordering specific performance. The mineral owners plea for reformation of the agreement was severed and set for trial as a separate cause of action. The mineral owners have appealed.
